Community Guidelines
Hi Loveilies,
Welcome to Starling's World. I want this to stay a warm, safe, high-vibe place for everyone in it, so there are a few things I ask of you while you are here.
Breaking them will get you removed from the community, and I would much rather never do that. So read them properly.
Keep the feeds for the good stuff. If you need help with an order, a payment or your access, do not post it here. Open your profile, tap Settings, then Feedback and Info, then Platform Support, and the team will pick it up.
If you see someone breaking these guidelines, report them. Reporting is anonymous, and it is how we keep this place what it is.
1. Share only what is yours
Do not paste someone else's words in here as though you wrote them. Do not oversell what your business has actually done. Do not teach something you are not living yourself. And do not take my work and put your name on it.
2. Do not post these
- Anything that asks people for their name or email.
- Anything that asks for a comment or an emoji to unlock something.
- Anything that needs you to hand out a link.
- Anything along the lines of "I made this much money and you can too".
3. No going live
Members cannot go live in here.
4. What is said here stays here
Being in this room takes trust. People share things that are tender and half-finished. Do not repeat them anywhere else.
5. No links
No videos, vlogs, blogs or links in the feeds, and no Instagram or other social handles either. If you want people to find you, put it on your profile.
6. Give from your heart
Be kind. Be generous with yourself. Tell us what is going on with you, celebrate with us, let us get to know you. When you show up like that, people come and find you.
7. No hate speech, no bullying
Bullying of any kind is out. So are degrading or careless comments about race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity, whether you meant them that way or not. This one is an immediate, permanent ban.
8. Disagree like a grown-up
You are allowed to disagree with a post, an opinion or a decision. Do it with respect. Aggressive, abusive or vulgar language aimed at another member, at someone's work, or at how this community is run is not allowed. One toxic thread changes the room for everybody in it.
9. No soliciting, no self-promotion
Do not use this community to sell to people, recruit them, or pull them into anything happening outside it. If someone wants to know about your work, trust that they will ask.
10. Do not message anyone who has not said you can
This one is a permanent ban.
11. Use your judgement
We moderate this place closely, but scammers find their way into every community eventually. Be careful who you deal with, and be especially careful in messages. Private messages stay between the two of you. Nobody on the team can read them unless one of you reports a message, or our photo check flags a picture in one, and then we see only that message.
Team members carry an admin mark next to their name, and they will never solicit you for anything. I will never message you asking for money, an investment, your personal details, or to set up an account of any kind.
If something feels off, report it, and we will get the person out quickly.
What happens if you break them
First time: a private warning that names what happened and asks you to put it right.
Second time, after a warning: sixty days out of the community and everything attached to it.
Third time, once a suspension has been lifted: removed permanently. That includes losing access to the programmes and resources tied to your membership, and it is not refunded.
